CO2 Weighting Device

Principle of work

When the cylinder is placed on the balance it exerts force on the device by its weight plus the weight of the CO₂ gas, so it compresses down the spring leading to lowering the upper plate so it pushes on the limit switch and that's the normal position.

When the cylinder discharges the CO₂ gas or there is leakage for 30% or above of the CO₂ gas, the force exerted on the device will decrease leading to raising the upper plate so it releases the limit switch and the indication red LED will be activated to give a sign that the CO₂ gas is discharged.
